The Genuine Land Rover side mounted gear carrier for the Land Rover Defender L663. It comes with a full fitting kit and fits any Defender with roof rails fitted. Forge Automotive supplies it in eight colours and fits it at our Darwen and Leeds sites.

Good to know

• A replacement trim piece is not included. The existing trim piece has to be drilled to install the gear carrier.
• Roof rails are required. Hunters Prestige state the carrier fits any Defender with roof rails fitted.
• Hunters Prestige advise that a gear carrier mounted to the side of the vehicle can create some wind noise at higher speeds.

Common questions

Does it come with a replacement trim piece?
No. A replacement trim is not included, so the existing trim piece has to be drilled to install the gear carrier.

Will it cause wind noise?
Hunters Prestige advise that some wind noise may be noticeable at higher speeds, as with anything added to the exterior of a vehicle.

What warranty does it come with?
This is a genuine Land Rover part. Hunters Prestige offer a 2-year warranty on genuine Land Rover parts, in line with Land Rover's standard manufacturer warranty coverage.
