Safeguard your BMW G80 M3, G82 M4 & G87 M2's factory oil cooler with the TREVORA full replacement aluminum oil cooler guard. Located just beneath the front bumper, the original oil cooler is prone to damage from ground scrapes and speed bumps. BMW's standard plastic guard is susceptible to cracking and can even harm the oil cooler itself. Available from Forge Automotive supply only, or fitted at our sites in Darwen and Leeds.

TREVORA makes a reliable solution to shield your G8X's oil cooler. Essential for maintaining your car's S58 engine, oil is crucial, and any harm to the oil cooler could lead to severe engine damage. This guard, crafted from robust 5052-aluminum, is both stamped and CNC machined, offering substantial protection against scrapes and road debris. It's also powder-coated for improved durability and resistance to corrosion, all while adding only a slight amount of weight.

Common questions

How is it fitted?
Raise the front of the car, remove the factory undertray fasteners (8mm and T25), lower the plastic tray off and fit the TREVORA tray in its place with the same fasteners, then check nothing is trapped and everything is tight. Forge Automotive can fit it at either site.
